Susana K. Marsch is a San Antonio, TX based visual artist and author who specializes in acrylics and mixed media. Her artistic journey began in Mexico City when she joined the workshop of fellow artist, mentor and friend, Ana Maria Guardia Nicolas. Ana Maria studied art with Mexican artist Gilberto Aceves Navarro, himself a former assistant to David Alfaro Siquerios. Susana attended Ana Maria’s weekly workshop for years until she moved to Boston, MA where she kept exploring her own style.
She enjoys creating digital art and sharing it on her blog, The Tarot Stories, and her Society6 artist shop, Sun Mars Impressions.
Since she loves writing supernatural and horror fiction, it has inspired her art with weird and off-kilter elements.
Now in San Antonio, Susana enjoys painting abstract and figurative art, especially portraiture.
